Made from quality local and organic flours, it is our most basic form of sourdough. Light and flavourful with the right amount of tang.
Whole Wheat Sourdough
Local whole wheat flour with a blend of seeds coating its crunchy crust.
Pain de Campagne
One of our all-time favourites. The perfect blend of white, whole wheat, and rye flour, makes this a complex flavoured loaf, without losing the lightness of white loaves.
Multigrain Sourdough
Probably our most nutrient heavy loaf. A mix of 12 different grains inside a light whole wheat bread.
Black Olive Sourdough
Same as our white sourdough, but packed to the max with rosemary marinated kalamata olives.
Walnut Sourdough
