WHOLE WHEAT SOURDOUGH
Local whole wheat flour with a blend of seeds coating its crunchy crust.
PAIN DE CAMPAGNE
One of our all-time favourites. The perfect blend of white, whole wheat, and rye flour, makes this a complex flavoured loaf, without losing the lightness of white loaves.
Probably our most nutrient heavy loaf. A mix of 12 different grains inside a light whole wheat bread.
BLACK OLIVE SOURDOUGH
Same as our white sourdough, but packed to the max with rosemary marinated kalamata olives.
